Terms & Conditions
We are a small Cottage Industry and at this point are not required to charge GST. There is no minimum order, but you get more value for your freight costs, the more you order. Orders over $100 receive a free gift!
Whilst we will make every effort to process your order as soon as possible, candle-making takes its own time. Orders can usually be filled within 7 days. Please allow additional time for delivery. Freight charges are the responsibility of the customer and will be added to your invoice. Breakages will be replaced only if reported within 7 days of receipt of goods. We use Australia Post usually. You can estimate your own freight by using the Australia Post Calculator on their website. However, you'll need to add a little extra weight to take into account our packaging.
Complaints regarding the way the candle burns or melts will be assessed when we see the candle. We need to see a photo or have the candle returned for assessment before we replace it. We receive few complaints, and problems which have occurred are usually due to a lack of care on behalf of the buyer. Please refer to our Candle Care page.
